Hi, I’m Derrick Kunsman, welcome to Aligned Leadership. Aligned Leadership is a space where I’m beginning to share reflections from my own journey, mostly thoughts that started in the pages of my journal. I’ve been in the habit of writing for a while, and now I’m simply trying something new: putting ideas out there in hopes they might spark thought, connection, or conversation with others. The more I learn, the more I realize how much I still have to learn. This isn’t about having answers: it’s about growing, staying curious, and inviting others to do the same.
